After almost 20 years in the insurance business, Jack Herget realized clients needed more hands-on representation with insurance companies so he formed The Herget Company in 1978. With years of experience and expertise in the area of employee benefits, Mr. Herget began building a very loyal following of clientele as an independent insurance representative. His son, Rob Herget obtained his insurance license and joined The Herget Company in 1982. Rob learned what it takes to help solve the problems of clients as their representative to big insurance companies and how to provide unsurpassed service. In 1985, Jack and Rob Herget became partners and together helped to build The Herget Company based on integrity, problem solving, and a dedication to service. In 1993 Rob became the sole owner when his father retired. Rob created our mission statement, to provide clients with a Total Health Concept. The Herget Company is dedicated to providing solutions for a healthy body, healthy finances, and a healthy family for all of our clients.

Over the years, Rob Herget has developed and implemented several financial planning strategies into the business that have been key to our client's financial success. Since 2004, Rob has been working with business owners and professionals, including physicians and attorneys, with The Professional Retirement Strategy program that enables our clients to substantially increase their retirement income, as well as, provide substantial creditor protection.

Along with Rob Herget, our team of associates includes Mayra Solis (whose family has over 30 years of experience in the health insurance business), Cari Leonard (with over 22 years of experience in the health insurance business) and Becky Herget (with over 15 years of office management experience).
